Is that the latest version of Windows Vista? Is that some advanced Mac-based publishing software? No, kids, that's what we call an Underwood typewriter! Sure the keyboard looks familiar, but other than that, the technology involved isn't much more advanced than the wheel, at least when you compare it to today's word processing programs. Of course, when one's using today's computers, merely getting the printer to print correctly without another error message or software download sometimes makes me wonder just how advanced we actually are... |
