8/19 - Portia & Ellen: Wedded Bliss Illustrated!

So we'd heard yesterday that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi tied the knot over the weekend out in Hollywood. Well, here's the photographic proof (blurry resolution no doubt thanks to someone's cellphone camera):
I certainly wish the happy couple only the best, but I gotta say the somewhat awkward pose they've struck in this photo looks a lot like me and my the lovely Tracy Brownford at the 1988 Senior Ball at DC Everest High School in Schofield.... (although that IS a kinda sultry look Portia's sporting). Anyway, now that they're married, they'll become very familiar with the Three Rings Of Marriage. (You DO know what the Three Rings Of Marriage are, don't you? First, there's the engagement ring... then there's the wedding ring... and finally the suffer-ring. Ba bump bum. Come on, you didn't see that one driving down the 53-bypass?) |
