8/28 - Bigger Bark Than Bite

We were talking yesterday and this morning about the Pawlee the dog-- a Cockapoo, no less-- who's barking scared off a mama bear and her two bear cubs from his owner's backyard earlier this week, and how it seems it's always the little guys who have the biggest bark. When you first hear a story like this, don't you always assume it's a big dog-- like a Doberman, German Shepherd or Rottweiler-- who's scaring the bears? Nope. Pawlee's half cocker spaniel, half poodle and looks like the only scary thing he'd do to you is take a leak on the carpet. Can't judge a book by it's cover, though, can you...
