Mother Nature Does Not Wait For an Invitation...

This past weekend, my friend Lisa and her family camped in Lyndon Station, just North of the Dells. They stayed at Yukon Trails and there is one road going in and out of the camp site. With the recent rain and floods, not the least of which draining Lake Delton in the Dells, their road turned into a river. Their car and camper are still on the camp grounds and they are waiting to hear when it's safe to return to retrieve them.
Lisa, her fiance and two children had to grab the lifeline and leave the site via the water way that flooded over the road. The pictures are of the "road" and the reminder that Mother Nature doesn't always care about your plans, she has her own agenda.
